The Vehicle Logistics Manager position is an implant role based on the clients site. You will be responsible for leading the account relationship, advising on damage prevention and managing related claims. Data management will also be a key responsibilityin this role.The Vehicle Logistics Manager will provide operational support for outbound logistics, provides expert knowledge and insight into quality, risk reduction and damage prevention matters, supporting client proposition to show clear added-value opportunitiesin this field.The Vehicle Logistics Manager works closely with the Operations Director ensuring they are kept up to date with high level issues. The Vehicle Logistics Manager will also be the first line contact for dealers and other customers who wish to register claimsfor damage. They must ensure accuracy of data is maintained and claims are registered, administered and settled within agreed time frames.Primary accountability involves providing operational support within the client office identifying activities related to risk management and damage prevention to strengthen the position with the client. Responsible for managing client reporting on the subjectof liable party recoveries or carrier performance.To manage claims within market driven KPI’s as confirmed in client procedures.
