Job Description

TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATORMONDAY - FRIDAY: 11.00 - 19.0012.26 PER HOURPeople Solutions are looking for a Transport Administrator for our Client based in Coventry.Benefits

Day to Day DutiesThe Key requirements of this role include:
  • Clear communications to drivers and customers (both telephone and e-mail).
  • System use, reporting data.
  • Driver brief / de-briefs.
  • Engaging attitude with drivers.
  • Customer focused.
  • Provide the customer service team with Positive confirmation.
  • Update all KPI spreadsheets.
  • Manage Drivers Infringements.
  • Engage in KNPS continuous Improvement.
  • Understanding of drivers hours.
  • Build return legs in ESP.
  • Keep GTS up to date.
  • Driver communication/phone calls and logging accurate information.
  • KPI reporting – Accurate data and reports.
  • Driver debrief – System updates.
  • Supporting the Transport Support Manager and Transport Shift Managers to run the shift efficiently.
Essential Skills
  • Microsoft word / Excel experience is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • 1 year experience as in transport administration
