Job Description

FULLY REMOTE Systems Architect / Senior Java DeveloperSalary: £80,000 - £90,000Location: Remote Working (must be based in the UK)We have a brand new opportunity for a Systems Architect / Senior Java Developer to join a friendly and forward-thinking team while working on providing innovative solutions using pioneering technology.Your role will be 50% architecture (to architect and design new solutions) and 50% hands-on Java development (to implement these new initiatives).An excellent Systems Architect / Senior Java Developer will:

  • Have worked on system architecture providing technical solution to meet the demands of its users
  • Be confident in a client-facing role on occasions, working closely with the customer to understand their needs and specifications
  • Understand comprehensively Kubernetes and Cloud hosted software (AWS, GCP or Azure)
  • Be able to understand the decisions behind using specific tools and explain WHY
  • Possess strong experience developing with a modern Java tech stack
