REED Marketing and Creative are working with a rapidly growing business in events to recruit a Marketing Manager to head up the increasing marketing team!This is a newly created position which offers loads of variety and is looking after the full marketing scope; strategy, budgets, campaign management and managing a small team.Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for strategy input and rollout, campaign management and team development and management.Some of the duties include:• Drive and deliver engagement strategies/campaigns• Manage, develop and build team (currently at 4 but growing to 6)• Online and offline marketing channels• Competitor analysis, trends in the market and new ideas for marketingThe Directors of the business are really looking for someone in this position to partner with them; to look at overall strategy, how to increase, improve or change anything but also to come with new and fresh ideas! No idea is a bad idea!We are looking for someone who has generalist experience across a multitude of duties within marketing. You will be confident in your ability to make decisions and to influence others to achieve success within marketing. You will be a self starter who iscommercially savvy and able to work with multiple deadlines.In return you get support from the wider business. Salary is circa £45k-£50k plus additional benefits.
