We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative middle grade who is looking to expand their clinical experience prior to National selection. All the major urological sub-specialties are represented in the unit and we can tailor your job plan to suit your specific interests. There is a consistent track record of subsequent appointment to National Training posts (ST3) from this role. .There will be opportunities for the post holder to be exposed and trained in a variety of lower urinary tract procedures. There will also be exposure to clinics, flexible cystoscopy lists, Transperineal prostate biopsy and, botox injections into the bladder and female urethral procedures.We are a young Department with close links to the University of Warwick and Warwick University Medical School. We provide Tertiary Urological Care to the wider Warwickshire area, with clinical activity of the following: cystectomies, lap-nephrectomies, partial nephrectomies, ureteroscopy and PCNLS.The appointment is of a 12 months fixed term with the aim to start in post as soon as possible and no later than October 2020.
