Multi-Trade Plasterer Permanent £33,000 + Overtime/Call Out/ Van & Fuel cardCoventryZeal Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Plasterer to join a well-known maintenance contractor on a Permanent basis. This role will be working throughout the Coventry area working within social housing reactive repairs and maintenanceAs a Multi-Trade Plasterer your duties will include:• Reactive & planned repairs and maintenance • Preparation of surfaces, plaster boarding where needed, skimming, patch plastering• Carrying out repairs, including but not limited to: Carpentry, hanging doors, skirting boards, architraves, Painting, Basic Plumbing, Brickwork, Slabbing, Roofing • Independent working, as well as team working when needed across various sites • Travelling between multiple sites per day As a Multi-Trade Plasterer Carpenter you will need:• Experience within Reactive and planned maintenance within social housing settings• Asbestos Awareness – desirable • Full Clean UK Driving Licence• Enhanced DBS to be taken prior to commencing the role• NVQ level 2 minimum in Plastering • IT literate• High standard of work• Good communicatorThe successful Multi-Trade Plasterer will be working for a successful business who have a strong foothold within the maintenance sector.
