Due to significant investment in the Interventional radiology service at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW), an excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated administrative assistant with a passion for Interventional radiology to join our expanding team.We are looking for a dynamic individual to work as a Specialist ward clerk to support a growing service, working within a friendly multidisciplinary team.You will be expected to provide administrative and clerical support to the Fluoroscopy & Interventional Radiology Suite, assisting with the efficient flow and transfer of scheduled and emergency lists with the ultimate aim of effective and timely patient care. You will also be expected to provide and enable effective scheduling and admission of patients to the Fluoroscopy & Interventional Radiology Suite.The investment encompasses the full complement of the multidisciplinary team with expansion also for the Interventional radiologist, nursing and radiographer staff groups ready for the opening of our new state of the art department.University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) is a large 1400 bed teaching and major trauma centre.
