  • Effectively manage the implementation process post-contract signature, through to go-live of the solution taking full responsibility for delivery of the suite of product/s the customer selected
  • Set up initial operating environments
  • Creating Validation Databases
  • Assist with Data Extraction requirements
  • Writing scripts
  • Facilitate sessions with client stakeholders to outline scope, goals, deliverables, resource needs, and address customers configuration and technical concerns and needs
  • Efficiently manage the customer, and internal company resources to meet all established milestones, ensuring targeted completion dates are achieved using internal project management tools
  • Anticipate project risks and issues, confidently address any and all challenges, mitigate risks and issues and escalate to appropriate parties where required
  • Identifying opportunities for increasing ongoing revenue through upselling and consulting during conversations
  • Conduct End User Training to customers on how to use their software, including on-site customer training, virtual training
  • Maintain up to date notes and status of implementation within CRM/ticketing system
  • Documenting processes and procedures and updating knowledge database
  • Stay current with all in house software, system information, new features/enhancements, and product offerings.
  • Collaboratively work with other teams (CAT, P&P, Support, Customer Success and Services) to provide insights on future product enhancements, challenge, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
    • The ideal candidate would have:
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with customers aligned to our key verticals -Wholesale, Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail
  • Minimum 2 years practical hands-on experience working with SQL particularly, MS SQL Server 2005 - 2016 Set-up & configuration, T-SQL (inc Function, Views, Stored Procedures), SSRS, IIS6 on, VBScript, DOS Script
  • Experience with Integration Services (working with multiple ERP systems)
  • Has worked remotely (via Teamviewer, VPN, RDP, etc) on client sites
  • Demonstrate proven software implementation experience including across multiple sites and platforms including Web deployment (and troubleshooting issues)
  • Demonstrated ability to implement client/server technology, using a hands-on approach
  • Proven client management and interaction experience
    • Desirable
  • Deployment & Configuration of MS Packages such as SQL Server & IIS
  • Any exposure to .Net or VBScript
  • Familiar with ETL Processes
  • Any exposure to common ERP systems (Sage, Netsuite, etc)
