Our customer is going through a sustained period of transformation and are looking to hire aFull StackSoftware Engineering Team Leader to head up one of their Software Engineeringsquads.This is a hands-on role in the digital technology team of our customer. You will still be involved in some coding requirements. You will also get involved in sprint planning, stand ups/scrums as well as architecture and code reviews. You will manage a crossfunctional and agile team of 5+ Full Stack SoftwareEngineers alongside QA and UX resource. You will take part in monthly catchups and your teams personal development.You will report into the existing engineering manager. This role would suit a SeniorSoftwareEngineerwho is looking to potentially take the next step in their career / enjoys mentoring and working with a team. This role would also suit an existing TeamLead or Technical Lead candidate looking to move into a larger engineering org and manage a bigger team.Ideally, youll need the following experience:
