Job Description

DCS Recruitment are looking for an experienced Civils Site Supervisor to work on a project based in in the midlands .We need 3 site managers for 3 Different Sites in the midlandsRate : £375-400/DayThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule and budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • 12 months initial duration (possibility of longer)
  • 45 hours a week minimum, weekends maybe required (rate uplift)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management
  • Lead and manage all on-site construction operations
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
  • Ensure that all construction work at the site complies with industry standards, codes, and regulations
  • Ensure all workers and subcontractors adhere to safety protocols
Requirements:
  • CSCS
  • SSSTS/SMSTS
  • Safety Critical Medical - preferred, but we can arrange if not.
  • HS2 induction (BBV) - preferred, but we can arrange if not.
  • You must have minimum 4 years experience as a Site Manager within heavy civil engineering and infrastructure work - references will be required to backup your experience.
