You will lead a team of fantastic support workers to improve the service delivery and all aspects of support.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding a flexible, responsive service which operates in a timely and person-centred mannerSignposting customers to relevant sources of information, support, guidance, and adviceEffectively working in partnership with external agencies for the benefit of customersCompleting and following clear risk assessments, and adhering to the organisations Health and Safety PolicyCompleting and maintaining accurate records in line with the requirements (including detailed support plans, risk assessments and regular checks)Required ExperienceExperience managing a teamExperience managing a serviceExperience supporting people sustain their tenancies, working with vulnerable people who have been subject to homelessness or substance misuseYou will be required to have a DBS, eligibility of right to work, and your start date will be subject to sufficient references.If you want to help make a difference to service users and also your career, click `apply now`.
