About The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to work within a team of ServiceNow developers to design, develop and implement enterprise wide solutions which create significant business value for CBS Systems. You’ll be subject matter expert and technical lead for ServiceNow, developing Strategic solutions for the Society. In this role you’ll consult with key stakeholders to develop requirements for enterprise solutions. Whilst also developing solutions which enable process optimisation and automation . As a Senior member of the team you will also lead and direct the existing Service Now Team providing technical assistance, coaching and mentoring.The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the overall accountability of the ServiceNow platform. Provides insight to the Platform Administrators, ensures team alignment to business strategy and the ServiceNow roadmap, and is actively involved in the overarching governance of the platform.About YouKey Skills:• Highly experience in ServiceNow Development tasks• Experience in a Professional Services environment engaging with executive stakeholders, solution architects and extended program teams• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform• A demonstrable background of business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design abilities• Solid experience with scripting in the using Javascript: both server and client side Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, etc.• Experience with the ITSM processes or in the following functional areas: CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, ITBM• A fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to varying stakeholder audiences both technical and non-technical.About The CompanyIT at the Coventry is changing; we are currently undertaking an exciting transformation that will shape the future of the organisation.
