Job Description

Senior Lettings Negotiator - Coventry - up to £25k basic + Generous Commission PackageMy client is a leading independent Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have been established for many years. They are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator ideally with some Valuation experience although full training will be provided. Theideal candidate will be an experienced lettings professional with local knowledge of the Lettings Market in the Coventry area and the drive to grow the company portfolio. You will also have the opportunity to assist with Sales Valuations so this is a greatopportunity for someone looking to progress their career with a leading and highly respected brand.Senior Lettings Negotiator Main Duties:

  • Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
  • Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
  • Booking and attending viewings
  • Carrying out Valuations and business generation for Lettings and Sales (training will be provided)
  • Carrying out regular Landlord updates
  • Negotiating offers
Key Skills required:
  • Lettings experience required
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Results driven

  • Full, clean driving licence and car
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Natural sales ability
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Desire to succeed
  • Full UK Licence and Car for which mileage will be paid and Parking permit provided
  • Working hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 9.30 - 1pm (On a rota, will work 1 in 3 on average).
  • Every Saturday worked accrues 0.5 days off.
  • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
