Job Description

Job Title: Senior Infrastructure AnalystLocation: Wayside House, Wilsons Lane, Coventry, CV6 6NYTrust: Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership TrustShift Patterns: Possible Hybrid/Remote, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm/9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)Pay Rate: £23.52/Hr.JOB SUMMARY:To provide day-to-day server support for the operation, control, and maintenance of all server infrastructures within the organisation. Participate in the ongoing implementation, development, and support of Microsoft Cloud technologies.Handle infrastructure-related incidents to resolution and pursue problem and change management where appropriate.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle infrastructure-related incidents to resolution and pursue problem and change management where appropriate.
  • Take part in patching, updating, monitoring, and reporting of the trusts systems and services to improve its cyber security posture.
  • Participate in the ongoing IT Collaborative backup regime, including ensuring backup routines are appropriate for systems and they complete successfully as well as changing backup media where appropriate.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • At least 4-5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Technologies including Azure, MFA, Intune, Teams, Purview, Defender, and Exchange Online.
  • Expertise in VMware Technologies, preferably ESXi version 7 and above.
  • Strong familiarity with Windows Server Operating systems from 2016 onwards.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with Veeam Backup and Replication is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Storage Attached Networks (SAN) Technologies, preferably NetApp.
  • Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Sophos Central is a plus.
