This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced network engineer who has specialised in the DNS solution space to lead a team of consultants & support engineers.Pre-Sales - You will support all levels of sales executives who specialise in DNS solutions at onsite client visits or join remotely online. Additionally, you will provide deep technical/logical demonstrations & presentations to ensure the customer can use the products / solutions effectively. On going technical support, advice / training to all involved in the sales funnel is essential, including that of colleagues within the business.Post Sales - Provide 1st - 3rd line support, responding to calls & tickets, post-sales support by email & phone.
