Benefits: up to £63,000 plus up to 20% bonus. Regular salary reviews.We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to come and join an exciting team, who are still towards the infancy of their Agile journey and excited to see where the journey will take them. The scrum function has been running for around1 year and so this role is suited to a Scrum Master who can bring their expertise in more refined teams, without feeling the frustrations associated with a team in its infancy. This Scrum Master will be able to enjoy the mark they can make on a developingteam.You will be joining a financial services company and you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects. They will mainly be within the digital space, such as the mobile app and automating a lot of the application processes. So experience within both Digital and Financial services would be really beneficial.It is essential that you have proven success in delivering technical projects.
