Your New Job Title: Sales Manager - AutomotiveYour New Daily rate: up to £85K per annumJob status: Permanent hybrid: 4 days a week in officeLocation: CoventryStart date: ASAPWorking hours: 37.5 hours per weekSales Manager - Automotive - Who youll be working for:Innovation Partner for Vehicle component Solutions (VS) Company focuses on commercializing and environmentally responsible automotive components and core solutions based on company’s proprietary technologies. A leading provider of core technologies for globalcar makers, VS Company is supporting the emerging mega trend of the whole vehicle industry. The companys VS is a leading system supplier in the fields of in-vehicle infotainment, telematics and electrification.Sales Manager - Automotive - What you’ll be doing each day:

  • Creating and maintaining a trustful customer relationship
  • Preparing and managing customer quotations for new business
  • Coordinating of all change requests
  • Conducting trouble shootings initiatives with pre-series deliveries with customer senior manager level
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI´s
  • Liaison with different stakeholder (internal) to solve customer requests
  • Promoting our technologies and product for new business opportunities
  • Participating and supporting strategic sales objective setting process
  • Managing and negotiating customer claims and companys requests towards the customer
  • Overseeing overall project status for the customer to identify risk for nominations
  • Ensuring legal framework for projects are set
  • Monitoring of sales performance / forecast / moving plan
Sales Manager - Automotive - The Skills Youll Need to Succeed:
  • Degree level in Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with an internationally active supplier or similar.
  • Experience in automotive infotainment, cockpit electronics, connectivity, vision systems etc. and related products- essential
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Technical understanding, especially automotive electronics and software
  • Experience in preparing and managing customer quotations for new business
  • Proficient English written and spoken - essential
  • Strong negotiating skills
