Strong admin skills, Experience in I.T or experience within a customer facing role will help you stand out!Hours of work: 35hrs per week, start and finish can be flexible and discussed at interview.What will I be doingWithin this role you will be required to help our colleagues receive the best support and guidance when using our systems. Working with the wider team you will be responsible for managing our phone lines, inboxes and customer contacts to ensure we meet ourSLAs and are able to coach and train our users to get the most from our systems. We are constantly looking to improve our systems and make them as quick and simple to use as possible. You can help us with this with collecting customer feedback and makingsuggestions!As you train and develop within the role you will;
