Job Description

Reward ManagerMy clienthas an opportunity for a Reward Manager. Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for the implementation and governance of a comprehensive reward programme, tracking how competitive our overall offer is and tracking the return on our total investment in rewardResponsibilities:.

  • Reviewing the full range of compensation and benefit programmes for all employee groups, market position relative to our chosen comparator market.
  • Working closely with the HR Generalists and line managers to deliver a programme of communication and employee engagement around all benefits to ensure that employees understand and value what the reward package delivers for them.
  • Creating and reporting on reward data, including pay bill productivity monitoring, which meets legal and stakeholder requirements and generates actionable insight.
  • Delivering reliable remuneration information for the budget planning and forecasting processes to the required timelines.
  • Managing the regular and spot pay and benefit review processes including thecompaniesIncentive programmes to the required timelines, ensuring all stakeholders (includingRemCo) are aligned with the recommendations.
  • Delivering key reward projects in line with the agreed Reward Strategy
  • Skills & Expertise
  • In-depth experience of managing reward in a commercial and/or dynamic environment ideally experience of unionised reward arrangements
  • Solid benefits experience including management of flex schemes as well as recognition and wellbeing arrangements
  • Recent use and good knowledge of the Willis Towers Watson global grading system
  • Advanced excel and data skills, an ability to turn numbers into a compelling story along with a strong attention to detail
  • A strong aptitude for problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Strong verbal communicationskills;ability to deliver information to both technical and non-technical
  • Willingness to challenge existing practices, identify more appropriate solutions and see them through
  • Proven ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • CIPD or Reward Qualification (Desirable)
