MINERVARelationships Manager FTC 12 MonthsMinerva Business Angels, part of the University of Warwick Science Park, are one of the fastest growing Business Angel groups in the UK. Angel investors provide an essential investment into start-ups and high growth companies seeking access to finance togrow. Minerva helps curate these companies to become investment ready, giving them access to our growing number of Minerva Investment Groups, which currently stands at 10. We provide in these groups a forum to stimulate debate and thus facilitate access toinvestment from our pool of Angels. Our role is to help support both sides of the equation, investors and companies come together so they can independently discover the best proposition for both parties.The successful candidate will be pivotal in working with the Head of Minerva to drive and deliver the strategic objectives and long-term plan of the Minerva Business Angels. You will be responsible for selecting and curating the companies which apply toMinerva and helping to build strong relationships with our extensive contacts. An important component of the role will also be supporting our requirements of one as one of Innovate s Delivery Partners in their Future Fund Programme.As a member of Minerva, you will be a key component of the Midlands financial ecosystem and, as such, a key contributor to the University of Warwicks objective to be the leading University in entrepreneurship.This role requires the ability to travel to various locations and the capability to work outside normal working hours.Salary will be on FA7 £44,414 - £52,841 of the grading scales subject to experience, skills and the capacity to work out of normal office hours when required. The role comes with generous holidays and benefits, and the advantage of joining the Heritage pensionscheme. This is a full-time position of 36.50 hours per week.
