Job Role:Registered Manager Sector: 3 Bed EBD Childrens Residential Home Salary:Up to £65,000pa + bonuses Location:Coventry, West MidlandsOur client is an established a family-owned health, clinical and social care provider, who is passionate about providing amazing care for others!We are currently searching for an exceptional Registered Manager who can transform an ordinary house into a warm and welcoming home. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team committed to providing young people with the highest standard of care. Asa Registered Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the children in the home have an exceptional living environment, positive role models, and a sense of belonging. You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating placewhere children can reach their full potential and flourish. Your leadership and guidance will be key to creating an environment where children feel loved, valued, and supported.Benefits for Registered Manager Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Performance in the first 3 months an uplift by £3,000 upon successful Ofsted registration, setup from beginning to end a new home and management of occupancy and maintaining rating.Monday-Friday 9-5 + on call and some shift support if needed. 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Pension Funded training and development opportunities if needed. Bonus upon KPIs MetResponsibility of Registered Manager Lead and manage the residential care team to promote a culture of excellence, compassion, and respect. Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Childrens Homes Regulations. Individual care plans are developed and implemented topromote the emotional, physical, and psychological well-being of each child. Supervise recruitment, training and development of staff to create a supportive team environment. Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders, including social workers,families, and other professionals involved in the care of the children. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provision, implementing continuous improvement initiatives where necessary.Requirements for Registered Manager Experience in a Registered Manager position or 2 Years in a Deputy Manager position (childrens residential care) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or working towards FullUK driving licence Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
