Job Description

Recruitment Consultant / Account ManagerExtra Drivers part of The Staffing Group have an excellent opportunity to join us as a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager in our transport team, which is based centrally in Coventry. Recently, acquired by the leading blue collar digital recruitment agency in Europe - Jobandtalent; we are able to provide high earning hot desks with outstanding growth opportunities moving forward throughout 2021 and beyond.In this role, you will have access to an in house training function support your development, whilst also supporting some of the UKs brands biggest with their flexible workforce labour requirements.As a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager you will undertake on a day to day basis:

  • Resourcing and registering candidates for client requirements
  • Maintain regular contact with active and dormant drivers to ensure we maximise availability
  • Maintain internal and external compliance requirements at all times
  • Ensure regular contact with clients to enhance relationships and maximise site opportunities
  • Ensure maximum fulfilment of client requirements against agreed SLAs
  • Sell our services to companies within an assigned geographical area to ensure positive branch development
    • The ideal candidate for the role of Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager would have:
  • A desire to achieve and succeed in a fast paced environment
  • A pride in ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
  • A confident phone manner with clients and candidates
  • Comfortable using computer software programs
  • Previous experience in either industrial or driving recruitment
    • As a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager you will receive:
  • A basic salary between £24,000 and £26,000 per annum
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Bonus following qualifying period taking OTE earnings over £30,000 per annum
  • Pension
  • Continuous in house training programs and support plans for personnel development
