We are currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist to join the Coventry University Futurelets team. The role is based in Coventry city centre Monday-Friday 8.30-17.00 , 9.68 per hour.To provide an outstanding student experience and deliver a high-quality customer service. To act as the first point of contact, providing a courteous, efficient high-quality reception service for res, landlords and visitors. To provide comprehensive administrative and frontline customer support within a busy office environment. 1.To welcome and assist all customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, responding with urgency to any enquiries and providing support and information; escalating queries as necessary. 2.Act as first point of resolution to deal with customer complaints and gain full understanding of each case before escalating as appropriate if unable to resolve issue. 3.Assist with administrative duties, to support the FutureLets Team; to include typing of reports, PowerPoint presentations, letters/correspondence. Ensuring that electronic and manual documents/files are maintained and archived in accordance with data protectionlegislation. 4.Deal with all types of enquiries whether face-to-face, telephone or email; ensuring the maximum possible conversion rate from enquiry to completion is achieved in line with company protocol. 5.Answer generic inbox emails within the pre-determined response time/ service level agreements (SLAS) making sure the information is accurate, use generic templates where appropriate, and ensure responses are provided in accordance with Futurelets policiesand procedures. 6.To maintain, and input data accurately onto accommodation software. 7.To send bulk emails to residents within accommodation through the appropriate software. 8.To assist with resident lock-outs, requesting lock changes where necessary and associated administration, including raising invoices. 9.Report all maintenance issues within protocol, escalating any emergency issues, and providing relevant updates to customer on timeframe for resolution. 10.Prepare, and circulate as necessary, information packs, either digital or hard copy, associated with Futurelets business. 11.Ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy at all times, that printers / leaflet holders are regularly replenished, and the standards of general housekeeping in the reception area is consistently maintained to a high standard. 12.Responsible for the preparation and distribution of keys, including management of Salto cards, conducting key audits as and when required. 13.Responsible for the receipt, sorting, distribution and notification to resident of all incoming mail and parcels, conducting monthly post audits. 14.Conduct viewings for visitors and prospective students of hall facilities. 15.Support and promote Futurelets Calendar of Events. 16.Manage, and input, information for the Electronic screens ensuring that content is up to date and accurate. 17.Book check out viewings and other appointments as required for Assistant/ Hall Managers. 18.Work in conjunction with FutureLets team to ensure relevant property and resident information is available to support the annual programme
