Job Description

Job Title: Quality InspectorLocation: CoventrySalary: £13-£15 per hourHours of work: 8am to 5pm (Mon-Fri)Benefits:

The Client:A job has become available for a Quality Inspector at a reputable precision engineering business based in Coventry. The position will involve working on small batches.The Candidate
  • Carry out inspections on parts using a Coordinate-measuring machine.
  • Utilising general quality inspection techniques and manual measurement equipment (verniers, micrometres, gauges) to inspect a variety of parts ranging from small precision components through to large components.
  • Documenting quality issues and reporting Non-conformances.
  • Previous experience of operating a CMM Experience of general inspection duties within an Engineering/Manufacturing setting
  • An understanding of working with micrometres, Verniers and Gauges and calibration techniques would be advantageous but not essential.
