Job Title: QA Technician - NightsSalary: Up to £26,375Location: CoventryShift Pattern: 7pm - 7am. 4 on 4 offReference: HB7800Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers. As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious QA Technician to join their business.Reporting into the Quality Manager, this role is an excellent opportunity for a Food or Fresh Produce professional looking for their role upwards to join a well-respected food manufacturing company that supplies premium products to a number of retailers.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* To execute verification and monitoring of the production process according to business Quality standards* Conduct sample collection, testing, and takes appropriate corrective action for Shelf life monitoring, Microbiological and Chemical Testing, and Organoleptic Assessments* Champion of Quality and Food Safety, ensuring consistent adherence to high levels of GMP and GLP.
