Project Manager / Estimator (HVAC)£50,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance + Company Bonus + Company BenefitsCoventryAre you a Project Manager / Estimator with a background in HVAC Mechanical Installation or Estimating, looking to join a well-established company with a close knit team that offers specialist on-site training, progression opportunities and annual companybonuses to increase your earningsThis company have been established since 1946, and have continually grown to the point they now have a turnover of over £3m, whilst retaining a loyal client base. They work on a range of major projects across the west-Midlands and Warwickshire for more than20 trusts and clients such as the NHS, and are now looking to further grow their team.In this dynamic and varied role, you will be managing a wide range of mechanical installation projects from start to finish within a team of 4, working closely with the Company Director, all the way from conception to installation. You will be in chargeof estimating the project, coordinating the relevant teams, producing contract orders and undertaking regular site visits to ensure standards and requirements are met.This dynamic role would suit a Project Manager / Estimator with a background in HVAC Mechanical Installation or Estimating, looking to join a well-established company that offers annual company bonuses, on-site training and progression opportunities intomanagement roles.The Role:
