Job Description

Project Coordinator - 39329 – £43.40/hr Umbrella (inside IR35)If you have Project Management experience and are seeking a new contract role in Coventry, Jonathan Lee Recruitment wants to hear from you. We are working with a collaborative company to recruit a Project Coordinator, and the role comes with a contract rateof £43.40 per hour inside IR35.If you were already in this Project Coordinator role, here are some of the areas you might have been working in this week:

  • Supporting the team by ensuring that all their clients project tools, such as Jira, have the correct information and take responsibility for ensuring it is all up to date.
  • Managing day-to-day administration tasks, action trackers, and Excel project sheets
  • Supporting all day to daily general administration as required
  • Suggesting improvements to existing processes or ways of working
We are seeking a Project Coordinator with experience using project management tools (such as Jira, Confluence etc.). You will also require:
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Admin management experience
  • Good organisation skills and experience in project management
  • Ability to work with only the expected amount of guidance with an independent mindset and the ability to suggest improvements to existing processes or ways of working
  • Recognised Agile methodologies or Scrum Master Certification (e.g., PSM, ASM, CSM APMG, SAFe, PMP-ACP – desirable)
