For this role to be successful, we can’t do it alone, so we really want someone who knows the benefits of working in partnership with customers, stakeholders and communities to deliver results.This will be hard work, particularly within the current operating environment so you’ll need a heap of resilience and a bundle of tenacity. You’ll laugh, you’ll be occasionally frustrated, but you’ll be supported to grow into the role and have an opportunityto shape and improve services, which enable our customers and communities to thrive.The ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate effecting change across an organisation / service area and it being truly embedded
  • Evidence that you know how to capture impact and outcomes
  • Show us that you have used systems and data to improve services and ensure efficiency
  • Have experience of future proofing services
  • Show commitment to the benefits of co-produced services
  • Be a practical and logical thinker, overcoming problems/issues to meet deadlines.
  • Have strong analytical and report writing skills.
