A world of unlimited opportunities where everyone succeeds.What will you be doing as a Payroll Specialist As a Payroll Specialist, your primary responsibility is to handle payroll processing for the Nordic region. Additionally, you will be tasked with addressing and resolving any payroll inquiries and issues that may arise.Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all payrolls are processed accurately and on time.
  • Ensuring completion of month-end activities.
  • Validating payroll files.
  • Ensuring the local tax payments and compliance requirements are met.
  • Acting on employee payroll issues.
  • Handling administrative matters related to payroll activities e.g. insurance, absence/leave, and pension providers.
  • Prepare, control, and send defined reports to authorities.
  • Payroll and billing processing, verification, and final report distribution.
  • Deliver exemplary support and services to our employees, both internal and external, in all payroll, billing, and wage-related matters.
  • Meet both quality and production standards established by the company and department.
  • Raise sales invoices in the required format.
What are the qualities that can help with thrive as a Payroll Specialist Essential Experience:
  • Fluent in English, an additional language would also be a great benefit.
  • Work experience in payroll processing in the Nordic region.
  • Understanding of country-specific Labor law and Tax Law
  • Good communication skills across organisation levels and with many different stakeholders
  • Collaborate and work effectively in both team environment as well as work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving.
Desirable experience:
  • Experience with working with Microsoft Navision and Microsoft Dynamics
