12 Month Fixed Term ContractThe role of Payments Administrator sits within Financial Services, which as a team are responsible for all of the revenue and payment transactional processing within Stonewater, contributing to our strategic theme of managing our resources effectively andefficiently, to ensure we have the financial capacity to deliver our priorities and deliver excellent customer service.As Payments Administrator, you’ll take responsibility for the processing for payment of the Group creditors, within financial regulations, and within the Group established policies and procedures.You’ll prepare payment runs for BACS, Direct Debits and CHAPS for all Group companies to ensure the prompt and accurate payment of all creditors. You’ll enter all Stonewater’s new suppliers on to the finance system in accordance with standing orders andprocess all invoices received into the Payments Team, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the information within the finance system. You’ll ensure all suppliers bank details are entered on to the finance system and validate changes to bank accounts for existingcompanies, to ensure financial control to prevent fraudulent activity. The Payments Administrator will also assist the Payments Manager with month end reporting tasks, reconciliations, and any other ad hoc tasks within the Payments Team, to ensure a continuityof service and a robust control framework.The ideal candidate will:
