Job Description

Partnerships Marketing Manager 12-month FTC London Office Base with Hybrid Working£45,000 circa"MaPS (Money and Pensions Service) have an urgent 12 month - FTC for a Partnerships Marketing Manager to join their Brand and Campaigns team. You will be working closely with our partnerships team to develop the marketing material for national campaignsor specific tailored projects with marketing collateral across, presentation decks, event materials, mass print projects, bespoke print copy and design and digital content for web and social channels. Our B2B2C channel is crucial for promoting and directing all UK consumers to our products and services that can make a substantial difference to an individuals financial circumstances."The Partnerships Marketing Manager for MaPS will be responsible for delivering all required assets and toolkits that can be used by all the regional teams that could include experiential events collateral, digital, video and print assets. You will be working in collaboration with all experts within the Digital, Marketing and IT directorate as well to ensure marketing solutions are impactful and engaging. With partners requirements being delivered to the highest quality, on time andin budget.Your key areas of responsibility will be;

  • To work closely with the partnerships teams to create an overall plan of marketing activity and plan of requirements.
  • To scope all requirements and ensure all needs are captured accurately within briefs that are agreed and signed off. Ensure briefs are clear and fit for purpose and that ideas, concepts, creative execution, content and messaging meet project objectives.
  • Work with the experts in the business, manage the development of content, design, assets and toolkits and production for each project and requirements.
  • Manage and co-ordinate workflow and resources to deliver on time, in budget along with overseeing day-to-day production of projects and program activities. Manage all ad hoc or bespoke requests that may come through.
  • Maintain quality outputs by promoting creative excellence in how we present ourselves professionally - ensuring our customers and partners experience us in a consistent and coherent way. Ensure all marketing material, communications and toolkits are deliveredto brand quality standards.
  • To always build and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders across the business. Be seen as the go-to expert for partnerships marketing.
  • Support the development of the national strategy and corporate plan.
It is essential for the Partnerships Marketing Manager to have the following skills and experience:
  • Have previously worked in a marketing or partnership marketing function that was fast paced and had complex stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of content development, design and production delivery across all media channels including print, video and digital/social media along with working with suppliers to produce/deliver the projects.
  • Ability to get things done through formal channels and an informal network, with interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
  • Have proven networking and presentation skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to details and strong organisational skills.
  • Show the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and disciplines within and outside the organisation.
