SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Coventry who is looking for a Paid Media Executive to join the team Hybrid £30,000 - £35,000 Position overview As a Paid Media Executive you will be responsible for managing and optimising our paid media campaigns, reporting into the Head of Marketing. You must be a Paid media expert with experience in PPC and social campaigns and platforms management. You will leadthe construction, development and deployment of effective campaigns to drive traffic and conversions across all paid media channels to all customer segments. You will be tasked with monitoring and increasing our ROAS through continual optimsation of channels,accounts and campaigns whilst reporting performance daily, weekly and monthly into the Head of Search & Affiliates and any additional stakeholders. You will be a highly organised and analytical individual, committed to quality work and attention to detail, and be passionate about the huge impact that quality paid media marketing campaigns can generate. The Paid Media Executive should be well versed onpaid media attribution and understanding the value of different acquisition channels and how they support each other. Your responsibilities will include: Manage the overall coordination and execution of multiple PPC and social campaigns, predominantly but not limited to Search, Shopping, Display, Facebook & Pinterest. Lead our agency partner in day-to-day activities and execution, communicating progress to the Head of Marketing. Manage daily performance and provide recommendations to the Head of Search & Affiliates to optimise campaigns against budgets and ROAS targets alongside secondary KPIs. Support the Head of Marketing with planning and coordinating the overall digital marketing strategy, monitoring project execution and working consistently within established timelines. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining account health across Google and Microsoft engines, including keywords, negative keywords, ad copies, ad extensions, audiences, GMC, product titles, product feed, disapprovals, policy issues, among others. Recommend and coordinate the execution of tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights to achieve business and marketing KPIs across the funnel. Have a creative eye and be comfortable suggesting creative improvements for Social and Display channels. Ensure all reporting is of a high accuracy, acting as a quality control to ensure the digital team makes informed decisions based on reliable data. Responsible for regular reporting tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for all acquisition channels. Produce ad hoc analysis and reports to support the digital team decision making process and collaborate to automate reporting tasks. Ensure effective communication across internal teams and across external stakeholders & platform partners, to update retail promotions, NPDs, URLs changes, product availability, among others. Keep up to speed with media trends across all the channels and markets and explore new products and features through testing. Support the wider Digital team where necessary on other projects.
