Job Description

My client based in CV1 is looking for a part time operations administrator.-Temporary ongoing-£12.25-Monday to Friday-10:00-14:00Main duties:-Support the team to ensure that the premises and equipment are managed and maintained (including computer, office equipment, stationery, and office supplies).-Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues on a range of key items including: -Administering project times and dates, regular meetings, special events, training, and strategy days.-Contribute to the recruitment of volunteers.-Coordinate volunteer activities, liaise with colleagues to ensure all volunteer records, policies, procedures, and databases are accurate and up to date.-Ensure volunteers are appropriately matched to a suitable position, receive required training and induction, and are clear about the expectations of their role.-Act as the main point of contact for volunteers.-Maintain all volunteer records, ensuring they are accessible to those who need them in line with data protection legislation. Records will include rotas, databases, and spreadsheets.-Produce monitoring and evaluation reports on volunteer activities and experience.What were looking for:-Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise when things are busy.-High attention to detail.-Good numeracy skills and experience of working with spreadsheets. -Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment.-A confident communicator who is able to build strong working relationships with both internal and external colleagues. -Resourceful and proactive with initiative and a problem-solving disposition. -A self-starter who is able to work independently.
