Someone who has a driven passion to develop the skills of their team to provide significant new business and growth; and who can demonstrate their own advanced sales techniques and ownership of the sales budget.Do you work well with other people, share information for the good of the business and want to see others succeed as well as themselves Do you have strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, are able to anticipate and adapt to customer needs and expectations Are you professional, determined and resilient If the answer is YES - then you are someone we want to hear from!Your role as Regional Sales Manager will be to deliver profitable growth through the management and direction of the regional team, in addition to the creation of demand from your own contractor and distributor customers, in line with Weber UK strategy.This role will see you working from home, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm totalling a 37.5hour week with one hour lunch break (unpaid).Duties will include:

  • Delivering and being responsible for annual revenue and profit margin targets with each allocated National Account
  • Managing and adding value to formal national agreements through regular business performance reviews, promotional activity development and rebate target management with all key managerial levels, seeking out and securing new business opportunities for Weber
  • Developing and implementing sales action plans leading to profitable growth and market share increase in line with the agreed business strategy for each account and product group in conjunction with the Marketing Team
  • Managing overhead budget for National Accounts, including Joint Initiative Funds, promotions and other expenses associated with managing the relationship
  • Utilising the broader resource to maintain the contact and relationship with non-visited accounts, providing the necessary support to develop business opportunities
  • Ensuring close communication with Regional Sales Managers and their teams to inform about National Account activity, action plans and resource requirements including supporting with branch visits
  • Coordinating, preparing and managing regular Senior Management meetings with relevant personnel in Weber and the National Account. Being able to operate across all levels of an organisation and facilitate support from Weber management as appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate National Account information and timely visit reports in CRM following each visit and provides all relevant sales, rebate, budget and activity data to each account as required to monitor performance

  • Degree level - Business Management or similar (desired)
  • Proven experience in sales and management role with National Housebuilders and/ or Distributors (essential)
  • Significant experience in sales and management role with National Housebuilders and/ or Distributors (desired)
