Job Description

National Accounts managerFrom our growing range of JPS managed stores and our Stark UK distribution brands, JPS provide repair and maintenance materials for Housing Associations and other public sector bodies. To help improve our customers supply chain experience, JPS have designedand launched our innovative Avail materials ordering app and KPI portal into the market; The Avail App has been widely praised by our customers and has gone on to become one of the leading supplier apps available. We have an existing portfolio of customersusing the app, and a strong and growing pipeline of customers wanting to adopt the software.Key tasks

  • Plan and launch operative roll outs
  • Ongoing configuration updates and range changes
  • Customer support and service
  • Pro-active monitoring of the system and provide recommendations for change
  • Customer and branch training
  • Produce and update training material
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions
  • Follow defined process
  • Branch visits and support
  • Regular customer meetings and performance review
  • System demonstrations & presentations
  • Attend and actively partake in Avail App development meetings
  • Create revenue reports and work to targets
  • Create update reports to line management
  • Create work packages based on defined project parameters
