Overview:A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Coventry area dealing with mortgages up to £1m, with an average property value of £250k, and where on average1,200 properties are sold per month in the geographical area according to land registry.Main Duties:An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join part of a group that includes the largest and most successful independent estate agency group in Europe working froma very busy office in Coventry.The busy branch requires a proactive mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work alongside the team of introducers to contact existing clients to review their existing mortgage and protection policies as well as receiving fresh leads on a day-to-day basis.Covering the busy branch in Coventry, you will alongside a sale focused team of negotiators and provides regulated advice on both mortgages and the associated protection products. As well as receiving fresh leads from the team on a regular basis, you willalso have access to the companys database of existing clients.
