With an impressive Ofsted rating of "Good," they take pride in offering a dynamic learning environment thatempowers individuals to excel in their chosen fields.Position Overview Mentor/Skills Coach As a Mentor/Skills Coach at our institution, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the growth and development of diverse online learners. With a wide array of courses being pursued by our motivated learners, youll have the chance to make a tangible impacton their educational journey.Responsibilities:• Forge strong relationships with online learners, providing them with the guidance and support needed to excel in their studies.• Inspire learners to set and achieve their goals, offering strategies to overcome challenges and maintain focus.• Tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each learner, helping them navigate their coursework effectively.• Monitor learner progress and performance, offering timely interventions and adjustments to ensure their success.• Connect learners with relevant resources, tools, and materials to enhance their learning experience.• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes self-confidence and self-directed learning.• Work closely with fellow educators and staff to ensure a seamless learning experience for all online learners.Skills, Experience and Qualifications required for the Mentor/Skills Coach:• Hold a recognised Teaching Award such as Award in Education or PTLLS• Previous experience as a mentor, coach, or educator, preferably in an online learning environment.• Passion for helping learners achieve their goals and overcome obstacles.• Demonstrate a previous track record in exceeding set achievement rates and timely completions• Ability to adapt to various learning styles and needs.• Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.• Excellent all round IT SkillsApplication: If youre ready to contribute to the growth and success of our online learners, we invite you to apply for the Mentor/Skills Coach position.
