Minster is a distributor for specialist insulation, dry lining, ceiling, fire protectionand roofing solutions and one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK. Jewson Civils Frazer is a specialist distributor for civils, utilities and infrastructure solutionsIs this role right for meFirst and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working. • Degree level qualification with a Marketing specialism
• Chartered Institute of Marketing - professional diploma - desirable
• Broad marketing campaigns management experience (preferably, but not necessarily within the industry)
• Marketing planning and organisational skills, evident from experience of both strategic and tactical activity
• Market and customer focused
• Focused on business priorities
• Demonstrates commercial acumen
• Strong communicator at all levels
• Resilient and willing to take (calculated) risks
• Influencing and persuasion - able to gain buy in for ideas internally and externally, particularly with commercial teams, suppliers and key senior stakeholders

What will I be doing in the roleThe Marketing Campaigns Manager is known for devising and implementing clear, value adding campaigns, promotions, digital campaign initiatives and trade and hospitality events to support the growth objectives outlined within the Marketing Plan, and to ultimatelysupport overall strategic business objectives. Role accountabilities may include but are not limited to; Customer and Market Focus

• Keeps up to date with relevant market and industry trends within relevant sectors such as new products and solutions, routes to market, use of digital tools, competition, marketing trends and government policies/regulations.

Marketing Planning and Implementation

• Responsible for the creation and delivery of campaign, promotional and hospitality plans, aligned to the overall Marketing and Business Strategy, including a focus on new product, solutions and service introductions all with a digital first focus andsupporting web content to be reflective of customer needs

Commercial Focus and Initiative

• Works collaboratively with the Commercial Teams to support the implementation and delivery of the Marketing Plan, regionally and nationally in order to improve our market position.
• Is aware of the commercial impact of campaigns and incorporates this thinking into campaign planning and delivery
• Supports Deep Dive analysis and branch support programmes to improve the commercial performance of the branch network.

Brand Management

• Ensures internal and external adherence to Minster and/or JCF and Saint-Gobain brand standards in accordance with Group strategy and principles.

Stakeholder Engagement - Internal and External

• Development of positive working relationships within the business, particularly Commercial Teams, Category, Ops, Finance and others as appropriate
• Manages key external agency relationships; creative, design, PR, research etc to benefit business

JIF Management and Supplier Liaison

• Recommends and delivers campaigns designed to enhance revenue and margin budgets
• Liaises with key external suppliers to gain support for key campaigns, promos and events

Project Management

• Ensures that projects are managed effectively, engaging with all relevant stakeholders and delivering on time and in full to specific deadlines. Is able to lead cross-functional projects, including any internal and/or external stakeholders input is receivedas required
