Managing Director - High Rise Residential PropertyCoventry Up to £100,000 - £120,000 basic + packageAn established High-Rise Residential Developer is seeking an experienced Managing Director to come in and oversea their entire operation on the development side working alongside their Procurement Director and Construction Director from their Head office in Coventry.As an already established (and very highly reputed) brand within the residential sphere, my clients latest commercial venture is sure to be a success.Suitable High-Rise Residential Property Managing Director candidates will answer yes to some or all of the following:

  • Are you are currently acting as "Head of" or "Associate Director" within an established residential property practice with limited scope to progress beyond your current title/remit/level of authority
  • Have you covered the full range of commercial management duties from lease renewals and rent reviews to service charges, inspections and general landlord and tenant interactions
  • Do you feel your career has stagnated or do you seek a new challenge with no limits or mundane structure
  • Would you like the freedom and autonomy to develop something new, in your image with the financial rewards that follow (but none of the risks!)
  • Have you enjoyed a stable career with a track record of progression, success and client satisfaction
