Job Description

Macildowie are recruiting for a successful SME business who require an experienced Management Accountant to join their growing company at an exciting time for a minimum of 6mnths.You will be supporting a great Head of Finance whilst working alongside a small and friendly finance team. The role will include:

  • Revenue recognition and reconciliation
  • Prepare and update the P&L and Balance sheet month end information
  • Fixed Assets
  • Capitalise new spend
  • Prepare depreciation schedule and journal
  • Balance sheet and Gross Margin reconciliations
  • Accruals and Prepayments
  • VAT Returns
  • Support with Yearend Audit requirements
  • Bad debt provision
  • Processing Customer deposits
  • Hire Purchase schedule maintenance and journal
  • NB: this role is office based. Offices are commutable from South Leicester, Tamworth, Market Bosworth, Hinckley, Nuneaton areas.
This role requires someone with previous Management Accounting and reconciliation experience, who has strong Excel skills, who is available immediately or within the next couple of weeks, and who enjoys supporting other people in a team.Please put your home postcode on your CV when applying.
