Job Description

Legionella Risk AssessorCoventry £25,000-£28,000 + Benefits (Depending on Experience)One of our brilliant water hygiene clients now has an exciting new vacancy offering full accredited training to become a fully qualified Legionella risk assessor for the right candidate. They are a market leading environmental consultancy specialising inwater hygiene and legionella control and have been operating since 1995, continuing to grow due to their talented employees and a company policy to always use of the latest technology, adapting to stay at the top of their game.This is a remarkable chance for an knowledgeable water hygiene engineer with some experience in Legionella risk assessing to join an industry leading company that gives exceptional training, benefits and certifications.Key Tasks & Duties of a Legionella Risk Assessor:

  • Carrying out Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8.
  • Compiling schematic drawings and producing final documents for clients.
  • Surveys of water systems and supplies as per ACOP L8.
  • Writing up accurate reports and attending meetings where required.
  • Liaising with the companys large portfolio of clients on a regular basis.
Skills and Experience Required of a Legionella Risk Assessor:
  • You must have a full UK license for this role.
  • City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing or equivalent will be beneficial.
  • Strong verbal & written communication is a must.
  • Flexibility to work away from home/nationally.
  • Ability to manage own workload and eager to learn.
  • Happy to carry out Water Hygiene duties/Remedial Plumbing works.
  • NVQ L2 in Plumbing (desirable, but not essential)
