Job Description

Job Title: Lead QualifierLocation: West MidlandsSalary: £24k basic + £8-10k OTEREF: J13468:WMSector: TechOur client is an internationally leading technology enterprise operating in the fields of optics and optoelectronics.This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now looking for ambitious, highly-motivated Lead Qualifiers to join their team!Package/ Benefits:

Role:
  • Qualify Leads to determine sales readiness from multiple marketing sources via the Marketo & PowerBi tools.
  • Identify, create and manage sales leads in line with the companys Sales Process through a mixture of existing members from the businesss database, as well as being free to research and contact outbound prospects
  • Obtain an in-depth knowledge of the company, their products and the markets which they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with the clients
  • This role grants real autonomy and offers an excellent scope for progression into more senior roles
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsyou must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ideally, youll have a proven track record with internal sales experience (no matter how small!)
