Job Description

Laboratory TechnicianWe are recruiting for Laboratory Technician roles in the Coventry area (CV6). You will be working in a manufacturing environment.Details:

  • Salary: £9.23p/h + shift allowance up to £183.58 bonus per week
  • Working Hours are : 06:00 - 14:00/14:00 - 22:00/22:00 - 06:00 (must be flexible)
  • Location: Coventry CV6
  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Immediate starts
  • Permanent opportunities available
    • Role of a Laboratory Technician
  • Lab Report writing in support of PPAP, quality investigations and other functional requests
  • Maintain equipment calibration requirements
  • Provide lab support to other departments when requested in support of quality related matters and new material developments.
  • Ensure the health and safety and welfare of self and others at all times
  • Ensure Laboratory housekeeping and upkeep of equipment is maintained in line with company requirements.
  • Order and maintain lab consumable items.
  • Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned in line with business needs.

  • Product testing in accordance with quality control plans and to manufacturing lead times
  • Microstructure preparation and interpretation
