Job Description

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver looking for an opportunity to get involved in key project work Would you like more autonomy in your role and have the ability to learn new skillsMy client is an enterprise scale organisation with multiple sites across the UK. They are at the early phases of a technology refresh/restructure programme which will provide you with a variety of projects across a number of technologies - O365, Azure Cloud,cyber security, networking, infrastructure and much, much, more.There will be some travel to regional hubs for project work so you will need access to a vehicle, but the role itself is predominantly remote.Theres lots going on with loads of opportunity to gain in depth technical experience plus you would receive continuous training and development to enable you to progress your skills and your career - lots of opportunity to learn!The team are great. Its a collaborative, inclusive culture where everyone has a voice.Key Responsibilities:* Resolve 2nd and 3rd line IT issues.* Manage hardware, telecoms, and networking systems.* Support Active Directory, Cloud Anti-Virus, and Email Security.* Provide remote support (VPN, RDP, MDM, TeamViewer).* Support bespoke software applications (training provided).Skills Required:* 3+ years in a 2nd/3rd line IT support role.* Strong knowledge of O365 and Office365 Admin Centre - any migration experience would be advantageous.* Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, Telecoms, and Networking support.* Familiarity with patch management, backup, recovery, and mobile device management.Big Red Recruitment are working on this role exclusively and have interview slots available.
