Mitchell Adam are searching for a strong Management Accountant to absorb the responsibilities of the monthly management accounts process within an SME business based in Coventry on an interim basis to support the business whilst they are training and developingthe current finance function.Within this well-rounded role you will be responsible for leading the month end process including; balance sheet reconciliation, cash allocations and reporting of general ledgers. you will be being hands on with the operational level team supporting withpayroll, balance sheet reconciliations and other daily duties, this role may also include the training of the current finance offer. Experience working with SAGE is required.What is required;A proven track record of successful contracts leading the monthly management accounts process within a fast paced SME environment using SAGE.Showcase previous experience including completing monthly management accounts, supporting payroll and leading a team.Have a hit the ground running with a willingness to immerse yourself into a new business and their culture.Have excellent communication and relationship skills with the ability to work with financial and non-financial stakeholders.What you will receive;Have the opportunity to work autonomously and gain valuable knowledge in a well-structured, SME company who value their staff.Have autonomy within your role and space to implement changes, improve efficiency.
