Working closely with the teamof Customer Success Managers (CSMs) you will provide expert analysis of customer feedback data that can be used in the delivery of insight-led programme reviews. You should have a passion for data analysis and presenting evidence of insight you have generatedthat has been used to effect change, and also have a curiosity for working in the customer experience sector.Main duties and responsibilities:
