Job Description

As a member of this close-knit team, you are encouraged to take good ideas and run with them, pursuing the best outcome for their customers while having fun along the way.What will I be doingWorking as part of the Customer Success Team, the Insight Analyst will play a fundamental role in helping customers drive client-side changes to their CX programmes on the strength of actionable insight that you will provide. Working closely with the teamof Customer Success Managers (CSMs) you will provide expert analysis of customer feedback data that can be used in the delivery of insight-led programme reviews. You should have a passion for data analysis and presenting evidence of insight you have generatedthat has been used to effect change, and also have a curiosity for working in the customer experience sector.Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer data to identify key insights and trends.
  • Liaise with CSMs to create and execute data analysis.
  • Liaise with clients to create insight briefs.
  • Produce insight decks that tell a story through data and present to the client.
  • Develop bespoke reports that drive efficiencies in the production of programme reviews.
  • Maintain and improve existing data analysis tools and reports.
  • Support the ongoing upskilling of the CSMs around insight capabilities.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure data analysis is scheduled and delivered on time.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to evolve the Discover (BI) tool.
What skills and experience are required
  • Experience of using enterprise scale reporting packages (preferably QlikSense) for the purpose of generating insight decks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of designing/ developing/ maintaining reporting systems.
  • Able to work to project deadlines both effectively and efficiently.
  • Work closely with colleagues to define and deliver data analysis briefs/ work packages.
  • Highly numerate and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Have a passion for data and analytics and how to present them in a clear and accessible style.
  • Interest in customer experience/ customer service sector.
  • Strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor.
  • You should have excellent time management skills and can deliver quality work to agreed deadlines.
  • Your ability to use initiative and work with the minimum of supervision, maintaining clear focus under pressure is a must.
  • The ability to multi-task whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
  • Previous experience within a services industry such as retail, financial services, telecommunications, call centre or utilities is valuable.
Desired Skills:
  • Relevant training qualifications, useful but not essential.
