The Identity & Access Manager (IAM) will be responsible for how users within the Operational Technologies (OT) are given an identity - and importantly how it is protected.This role is located within the OT Security team and will have a high focus on developing and enforcing the full IAM governance model.Client DetailsGlobal renewable energy provider generating electricity in Asia-Pacific, Europe and the United States.DescriptionIdentity and Access Security Manager - Energy SectorKey duties:

• Creating the IAM function. Defining scope, strategy, vision, framework, principles KPIs and governance structure of IAM against ISMS and Group policies.
• Be the service lead for internal RBAC project which is aimed at delivering Role Based Access for a variety of core system predominately Active Directory
• Own all access management control activities across the organisation.
• Define and manage the access requirements of vendors, contractors, and partners with access needs to an OT environment.
• Work within the OT Security Team to define, implement and increase maturity for access controls along with always improving governance processes.
• Identify and manage risks based on current IAM processes and provisions to adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Accountable for the access provisioning processes maintained within the core Infrastructure OT team.
• Defines the service requirements for IAM and works with Architecture and Engineering teams.
• Own the complete Privileged Access process along with the necessary tooling to help govern elevated access rights.
• Manage project deliverables using both agile and waterfall methodologies in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Be responsible for developing & managing all IAM within Azure - working closely with the OT Cloud admin team.
• You work closely with application teams and solution development to ensure best practice and standards are reached for IAM.

ProfileIdentity and Access Security Manager - Energy SectorKey skills:

• A successfully completed degree in computer science/business informatics ideally with a focus on information security / cybersecurity) or a comparable qualification.
• A good knowledge of IT & OT technology and application architectures.
• Be certified or be working towards CISSP/CISA/CIAM/CIMP/CIST
• Excellent knowledge of Windows & Linux technology.
• Experience working within IAM as a subject matter expert.
• Sound professional experience in the design, implementation and documentation of IAM architectures.
• Very good English skills, German is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking skills paired with a high focus on results and services round off your profile..
• Specific industry knowledge and up-to-date knowledge about modern developments in malware, exploits and vulnerabilities but also including best practice within IAM.
• You already have practical experience in enterprise project management and agile methods. Preference of PRINCE2/AGILE certified.
• You have proven experience with PAMS tools i.e. CyberArk, Beyond Trust, Managed Engine.
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented and analytical way of working
• You have excellent experience with at least 5 years in Microsoft Active Directory - Design, Governance, Implementation & Management.
• Experience of Group Policy Objects.
• You are Azure Certified Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• Experience with Zero Trust setups - designing and implementation in the area of IAM.
• When moderating and presenting, you feel comfortable and can inspire tech and non-tech audiences for topics. You have an influential voice to drive technical teams in reacting positively towards IAM.
