Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) to play a pivotal role in our not for profit organisation. The successful candidate will be located in Coventry and will excel in supporting and advising on all human resourcematters. This is a 10 month FTC till December 2024.Client DetailsOur client is a leading entity in the not-for-profit sector with a strong national presence.   • Act as a key point of contact for all HR-related matters.
  • Provide guidance and advice to managers on HR policies and practices.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Lead the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with respective business units to align HR strategy with business goals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
