Job Description

Title: HR Business Support Co-ordinatorLocation: CoventryRate: Excellent rate of PayHybrid workingFixed Term Contract - 12 monthsThe company employ engineers and technical specialists and is regarded as a centre-of-excellence for whole vehicle design and development. A small but complete car company, with expertise in advanced engineering and research, design, whole vehicle productdevelopment and manufacturing engineering. There continues to be significant investment from the parent company.This HRBusiness Support Co-ordinatorrole provides support to the HR team by undertaking a wide range of support and administrative duties along with reporting tasks, all connected to the delivery of Talent Acquisition, employee developmentand employee relations, working closely with the HR Business Partner Team and Head of HR.Main Activities & Tasks will include; to support the HR Team to ensure all transactional and administrative processes are executed accurately and effectively as per any service level agreements and current process requirements. Specific tasks include,but are not limited to:

  • Recruitment process and HR Information System (HRIS) administration
  • Consulting with Occupational Health including booking of annual medicals
  • Training/development administration
  • Offboarding administration to complete the employee ‘Life Cycle’
  • Arranging work experience/summer students/industrial placements.
Candidate requirements include:
  • You will be a highly skilled administrator, who is able to work independently
  • Demonstratable skills of a ‘customer first’ mindset
  • Ability to manage the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
  • An effective collaborator, who actively develops and supports team members
  • Someone who is calm under pressure, with a real can-do attitude
  • Needs to be someone who looks for opportunities to improve systems and processes, proactively looks for solutions and ways to help
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office – largely using Excel and Word.
