Job Description

Head of CRM - £70,000-£75,000 - Suffolk/London/Midlands - Hybrid Cloudscope are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a leading, Suffolk based, digital marketing agency seeking a Head of CRM on a 12-month maternity contract. As head of a Delivery Channel, your role involves leading the CX function and managing specialists.Youre accountable for implementing client CX strategies, ensuring quality tactics, and optimizing team performance. Our client offer an exceptional working environment and are seeking an individual wanting to contribute to their culture and expertise, ona hybrid working structure.Key Responsibilities:

  • CX Delivery: Lead execution of strategies and campaigns for key accounts.
  • Team Management: Guide the team to meet targets with clear briefs and training.
  • Coaching & Training: Lead Personal Development Plans and ensure job descriptions are up to date.
  • Client Business Plans: Understand client needs and set KPIs for CX strategies.
  • Client Strategies & Channel Plans: Ensure robust plans for all clients.
  • New Business: Identify growth opportunities and contribute to pitches.
  • Client Performance: Appraise CX performance and advocate success.
  • Cross Channel Collaboration: Collaborate with specialists, heads, and directors.
  • Channel Productisation: Standardize CX and develop a skills matrix.
  • Case Studies: Oversee creation for marketing purposes.
  • Up-to-date Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality standards for work.
  • Processes & Standards: Document and evolve processes.
  • Platforms & Features: Create and maintain documentation for CX platforms.
What were looking for:
  • Formal leadership training or experience managing CX/Email teams.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and CMS frameworks.
  • Established industry reputation with experience speaking at events.
  • Ability to conceive and execute tools, content, and thought leadership to enhance the industry profile.
